Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded. Manages truck deliveries, back stock organization, replenishment, and signage consistency. Collaborates with management to prioritize tasks, monitors team productivity, upholds safety and housekeeping standards, and supports shrink reduction and loyalty programs. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Location: Harrisburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to train and mentor Associates
- proficiency in merchandising and processing principles
