Full Time Merchandise Associate

Merchandise Associate responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and team collaboration, delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining organized backroom and stock, tagging and stocking merchandise, coaching Associates, and supporting safety and store-wide priorities. Key duties include coordinating truck delivery, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and displayed, communicating with management to prioritize tasks, monitoring team productivity, training others, supporting shrink reduction and safety programs, and upholding labor-law compliance and brand standards across the store environment. Requires flexibility to work nights/weekends, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and teamwork orientation.
