Full-Time Mental Health Technician needed for night-shift rotation (7P-7A) with Weds/Thu/Fri and Thu/Fri/Sat schedules, onsite in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include documenting patient behavior and vital signs, assisting nurses with patient care, coordinating lunch distribution, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and addressing patient needs during meals. Provides daily living support such as diaper changes, bathing, and feeding, while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Requires effective communication, warmth, empathy, integrity, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift patients when needed. Flexibility to cover shifts as needed and collaboration with activity director on therapeutic interventions.
