Job Summary
Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts, performing file maintenance, and handling plastic card requests. Process basic consumer loan-related requests by submitting applications, booking, and disbursing, while managing file modifications. Utilize sales tracking systems and member data warehouse programs to analyze engagement and offer tailored solutions. Connect members to Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized assistance in lending, mortgages, and account services. Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours required.
Required Qualifications
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Full-time position- Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required
Desired Qualifications
- FICEP certification preferred
