Job Summary
Full-time Member Service Representative responsible for accurate monetary transactions, new member account creation, and ongoing member service excellence. Drive member satisfaction and retention through cross-selling and upselling products, while meeting monthly sales standards. Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, and applicable regulations (BSA/CFPB) and adhere to policies and procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of both customer service and sales experience. Training occurs at the Ent/Wings headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO, with mandatory 2 weeks of paid training. Primary duties include face-to-face member interactions, handling deposits and withdrawals, account maintenance, and satisfying service, performance, and safety standards. Schedule includes Monday through Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:30 am–12:30 pm. Knowledge of banking products (deposits, lending, cards, investments, business banking) and strong communication, accuracy, and math skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent
- 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery
- 6+ months Sales experience
- Comfortable handling physical money with a high level of accuracy
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web based transactional systems
- Able to use 10-Key by touch is preferred
