Job Summary
Process account and loan requests, including opening consumer accounts, performing file maintenance, and disbursing loans. Utilize sales tracking systems and member data warehouses to analyze engagement and offer tailored solutions. Connect members to Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized financial needs. Proactively engage existing and prospective members with a consultative approach to enhance their overall experience. This role requires rotating evening and Saturday hours and is located at our Feasterville branch.
Required Qualifications
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Full-time position- Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required
Desired Qualifications
- FICEP certification preferred
