Job Summary
Process account and loan requests including opening consumer accounts, performing file maintenance, and disbursing loans. Utilize sales tracking systems and member data warehouse programs to analyze engagement and offer tailored solutions. Connect members to Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized financial needs. Engage existing and prospective members with a consultative approach to enhance the overall member experience. Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours required. FICEP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Full-time position- Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required
