Full-Time Member Consultant - Float

This Full-Time Member Consultant - Float role focuses on delivering excellent member service by assisting with deposit-related and consumer-lending products, originating and processing consumer loans, handling account-related inquiries, and providing guidance on products and services. Responsibilities include processing transactions, evaluating account openings and closings, handling IRA deposits/withdrawals/transfers, waiving penalties/fees, notary duties, card processing, fraud/identity theft management, outbound member outreach, and assisting Spanish-speaking members. The role requires strong communication, customer service, product knowledge, compliance training, and the ability to balance service with risk management, along with flexibility to rotate between teller and consultant duties. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience are required.
