Job Summary
Assist Memory Care residents with medication administration, activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility under supervision. Maintain daily communications with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care and lead resident activities as needed. Approach all encounters with residents, associates, and visitors in a friendly, service-oriented manner while meeting customer service standards. Full-time role with same-day pay, competitive hourly compensation, and medical, dental, and vision coverage. Requires current Med Tech/CNA certification, medication training, and a positive criminal background check. Located at Spring Arbor of Steele Creek.
Required Qualifications
- Med Tech/CNA certification
- Med Tech/CNA experience
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to resident care
- A patient, understanding approach to Memory Care residents
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum one (1) year experience with senior adults
- May be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA), depending on the state requirements; if licensed or certified, must be in good standing with the state licensing or certifying agency
- Must possess current Medication Training certification
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening
- Certification in CPR and first aid
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
