Job Summary
Medication Technician in memory care setting responsible for safe and timely administration of medications, order/receive/inventory medications, maintain cleanliness and organization of the medication cart, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the clinical team. Requires a Medication Aide Certificate, an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college, and at least one year of experience. CPR certification is required (or ability to obtain). Must have reliable transportation, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively in English. AM shift, full-time schedule (Friday - Monday) in Las Vegas, NV; compensation $16.50–$18 per hour; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Medication Aide Certificate required for the state
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College
- At least one year of experience as a Medication Technician
- Valid CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
