Job Summary
Manage day-to-day patient flow by overseeing the process from check-in to check-out. Ensure smooth transitions for patients across the clinic environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and communication. BLS (CPR) certification is required for this full-time role. The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics, Chattanooga's leading orthopaedic provider since 1979, offers comprehensive care including sports medicine, surgery, and physical therapy across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a formal medical assistant training program and/or Medical Assistant certification
- BLS (CPR) certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Recent graduate of medical assistant training program
- At least two years experience in outpatient clinic setting
