Maintain clean and organized work areas, coolers, and backrooms by monitoring product temperatures, rotating stock for freshness, and sanitizing all equipment and utensils. Use department equipment such as coolers, freezers, scales, and saws while ensuring safe floor conditions and reporting any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Assist the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals by instilling the Renfroe's mission statement across the team.
