FULL TIME MEAT CLERK

Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Process and stock meat items according to store policy, monitor cooler temperatures, and ensure proper product rotation. Keep sales floors, backrooms, and coolers sanitized, and maintain wash utensils for safe product processing. Monitor floor conditions to prevent safety hazards and report any risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission. This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting 50 pounds, and working in a cold environment.
