Job Summary
We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Rep to maintain our Planet Fitness clubs, ensuring equipment and facilities are in top condition. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks with various tools, traveling between locations to address maintenance needs, diagnosing and repairing minor issues, and assisting senior technicians. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a proactive attitude. Basic skills in drywall, tile work, electrical, and plumbing are required, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic Drywall skills
- Basic Tile Work skills
- Basic Electrical skills
- Basic Plumbing skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and identify tasks that need attention without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable interacting professionally and respectfully with staff and members.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skilled trade is a plus, but not required.
