Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, performing preventative maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances) and daily upkeep such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping cleanup. Responsibilities include completing maintenance calls, notifying the manager of issues, assisting guests as needed, and performing other duties as requested. Requires a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, knowledge of the timeshare industry, and experience in general resort maintenance; ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.
