Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and commercial kitchen equipment while performing preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections. Complete general repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixtures; safely operate hand and power tools to address building needs. Assist with club and event setups, including tents, grills, and basic audio-visual equipment, while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. Respond to maintenance needs with a safety-first, solutions-focused approach. This hands-on role requires working day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general mechanics
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC licensing/certification preferred
- Previous private club or hotel experience strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
