Job Summary
Maintain the physical environment for Lathrop Community residents by performing plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs, as well as interior and exterior painting. Utilize power tools safely while building relationships with staff, residents, and vendors to ensure comfort and care across our Northampton and Easthampton campuses. This 40-hour full-time role requires a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance company. Applicants must pass a CORI background check and pre-employment physical. Required Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing
- Basic working knowledge of carpentry
- Basic working knowledge of electricity
- Interior and exterior painting skills
- Safe use of power tools
