Full Time - Maintenance - Maintenance Technician RL Lofts

Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property portfolio, ensuring interiors, exteriors, and sites are maintained in cleaned and repaired condition. Assist with landscape and irrigation systems while continuously increasing working knowledge of the property. Execute all duties using standard productivity levels to ensure timely, zero-defect completion, maintaining a clean, neat, and well-groomed professional appearance with company-approved attire. Work independently as a team member, promoting resident relations and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
