Job Summary
Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio, including property interiors, exteriors, and site. Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems while ensuring repairs are completed in a timely, zero-defect manner. Adhere to manufacturer directions for all materials and equipment used. Maintain a clean, neat appearance with company-approved attire and identification badge visible. Support resident/tenant relations and participate fully in staff meetings and training programs. Requires one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Full-time employment with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school
