Job Summary
Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property portfolio, maintaining interiors, exteriors, and site conditions using manufacturer-approved materials and equipment. Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems while ensuring all work is completed in a timely, zero-defect manner. Adhere to company policies, attend staff meetings, and participate in designated training programs to continuously increase working knowledge of the property. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, one year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license with liability insurance. Required Qualifications

- Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school
