Job Summary
Perform general and preventive maintenance across the property including interiors, exteriors, and site. Conduct repairs, assist with landscape and irrigation systems, maintain cleanliness and professional appearance, and support resident/tenant relations. Work independently and with the team, participate in staff meetings and training, and follow company policies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of maintenance experience; valid driver's license and liability insurance are also required. This is a full-time role with Omega Management Group's residential portfolio."
