Full Time - Maintenance - Community Custodian - Oakdale I

Conduct janitorial and light maintenance duties in a professional, timely manner using standard productivity levels. Operate equipment including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaning machines, buffers, and stepladders to complete assigned tasks with zero defects. Maintain customer service orientation to support resident/tenant relations and participate fully in staff meetings and training programs. Must have a telephone available for contact. A high school diploma is preferred, though no formal training is required beyond a willingness to learn. This role emphasizes a team approach where every person performs any reasonable task consistent with company objectives while adhering to all Omega Management Group policies and procedures.
