Job Summary
Maintenance Associate responsibilities include preventative maintenance, reporting work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, grouting), routine repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and hotel equipment; perform room checks after guest departure, assist with snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep; participate in safety and emergency response activities, and ensure guest satisfaction through reliable upkeep of the property. Requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience with skills in painting, drywalling, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; on-site, full-time role with opportunities for growth and benefits.
