Job Summary

Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vitals and medical histories, and administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections. Conduct spirometry testing, enter patient data into the EMR, and collect payments while scheduling follow-ups. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and track clinical inventory. Work Monday through Friday, rotating between Westlake and Lakeway clinics, with hours ranging from 7:30am to 5pm. Maintain HIPAA compliance, follow Aspire Allergy protocols, and assist in training new hires. Cross-train in front-office duties including check-ins, CT authorizations, and document scanning to provide full-cycle clinic support.

Required Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of medical terminology

  • effectively and clearly communicate with others to exchange information effectively
  • administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections
  • manually take patient vital signs
  • maintain effective working relationship with patients, medical staff and the public
  • react calmly and effectively in a difficult or emergent situation
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, balance with full range of body motion including handling and lifting up to (20) lbs
  • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer/keyboard at (50) wpm, calculator, telephone, copier and fax
  • operate a motor vehicle to travel between clinics
  • 6+ Months of Nursing Experience
  • Current Nursing State License
  • valid driver's license

  • 1+ Years of Front Office Experience
  • 1+ Years of Nursing Experience
  • Current CPR Certification
