Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures. Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned night shift while monitoring residents' physical and emotional status. Develop individualized care plans, coordinate admissions and discharges, and complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy. Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education as needed. Requires current active LPN license, minimum one year of clinical experience, and familiarity with EHR systems. Offers $5,000 sign-on bonus, $8/hour night shift differential, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be available for night shift
- Must be willing to work weekends
