Full-Time LPN Charge Nurse – Evening/Nights

Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides while administering medications, treatments, and resident assessments. Respond to changes in condition, communicate with physicians and families, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician orders to ensure safe, compassionate care during evening and overnight operations. Serve as the clinical leader for the nursing team while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment. Work a full-time 40-hour schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends with holiday rotation.
