Job Summary
Establish respectful relationships with residents, perform rounds, and develop comprehensive support plans for elders. Manage admissions, supervise staff, and coach team members while assisting with activities of daily living and medication administration. Communicate with physicians and families as needed, participate in supervisory meetings, and respond to campus-wide emergencies. Maintain CPR/AED certification and adhere to all regulatory standards. Join a CARF-accredited Life Plan Community dedicated to enhancing resident independence and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed in the Commonwealth of PA as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Minimum of three years as an LPN
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Experienced in developing support plans for elders
- Familiarity with Personal Care Home Regulations
- Hands-on experience in ADL assistance
- CPR/AED certified or able to be certified
- Written & verbal skills to communicate with client, families, and staff
- Able to perform the essential job functions of the job description
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for every third weekend
- Must be available for every other holiday
