Full-Time LPN 4:45pm-5:15am - Skilled Nursing

Establish respectful, warm relationships with residents, perform rounds, and administer medications according to policy and physician orders. Complete all required documentation, observe resident condition changes, and communicate with RN Nurse Leaders. Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating assigned staff while participating in new employee orientation. Support emergency response efforts campus-wide and attend all mandatory staff meetings and monthly education sessions. Work cooperatively with team members in a professional, supportive manner. This full-time, non-exempt role at the Apostle Center for Care includes three 12-hour shifts per week from 4:45pm to 5:15am, featuring every third weekend and every other holiday. Newly licensed nurses with less than a year of experience start at $28.00 plus applicable differentials.
