Job Summary
Monitor vital signs, perform wound care, and assist with activities of daily living for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while collaborating with physicians, registered nurses, and rehabilitation therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans. Report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
