Job Summary
Loss Prevention Supervisor at Kohl’s responsible for executing theft-prevention programs, leading investigations, and training store teams to reduce shrink. You’ll identify theft trends, implement prevention strategies, conduct audits and security inspections, partner with store leadership and law enforcement, and recruit/train Loss Prevention staff to maintain a culture of honesty and control. Must be able to communicate effectively, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
