Job Summary
Loss Prevention Supervisor at Kohl’s responsible for executing theft prevention strategies, including deterring external and internal theft, conducting investigations, and reducing shortage. You’ll train and lead Loss Prevention teams, partner with store leaders and law enforcement, perform operational audits and security inspections, and promote a culture of honesty and control in the store. Key duties include identifying theft trends, implementing awareness programs, communicating opportunities to leaders, recruiting/training LP staff, maintaining customer service standards, and representing Kohl’s in legal matters as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative

- Ability to make quick decisions in the company’s best interest
- Uphold confidential information and investigations
- Detail-oriented
- Preferred Prior experience in Loss Prevention, security, law enforcement or retail
- Knowledge of surveillance and basic CCTV systems
- Knowledge of Google Suite and other computer programs
