Job Summary
Loss Prevention Associate at Kohl's Distribution Center performing physical security, policy compliance, theft investigations, audits and data-entry tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring security procedures, reporting incidents, participating in internal theft investigations, conducting loss-prevention audits, data entry of audit results, and Gatehouse operations, with involvement in safety committees. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience; must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and PeopleSoft is preferred.
