Job Summary
Customer Service Associate/Loader at Lowe's responsibilities include being friendly and engaging with customers, loading and replenishing merchandise, assisting customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles, and stocking shelves. Role requires lifting/moving merchandise, maintaining safety, and flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Must have at least 6 months of experience with computers and retail technology; may need sales licensure or registration as required by law. Travel to meetings/trainings or to support neighboring stores may occur occasionally. Relevant duties include zone recovery, stocking, merchandising, pricing, signage, and housekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
