Job Summary
Customer Service Associate/Loader at Lowe's: provide friendly, professional service; retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise; assist customers by loading merchandise into vehicles; maintain a safe, clean, and stocked store; perform stocking and merchandising duties; comply with safety standards and be able to lift 25+ pounds; must have morning, afternoon, and evening availability; some travel to meetings/trainings may be required. Prior retail tech experience (smartphones/tablets) and ability to obtain required licensure are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience using a computer
- 6 months experience using retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
- ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
- minimum 6 months retail experience (preferred)
- 6 months experience loading/unloading product or material
