Job Summary
Customer Service Associate/Loader responsibilities include loading merchandise into customer vehicles, retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise, and assisting customers and staff with moving products safely. The role requires lifting, standing for extended periods, and availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience with computers and retail technology (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and be able to obtain any required sales licensure or registration. Prior retail experience in stocking, shelf replenishment, merchandising, and store operations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
