Job Summary
Customer Service oriented Loader/Cart Associate responsible for loading merchandise, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining a safe store environment. Roles include retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise, helping customers and staff move merchandise safely, and loading items into customer vehicles. Requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks with standing/sitting as needed; includes morning, afternoon, and evening availability and occasional travel to meetings/trainings. Prior experience with basic computer use and retail technology is preferred; licensure or registration may be required by law. Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
