Full Time - Loader/Cart Associate - Opening

Provide SMART customer service while assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise throughout the store. Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately, utilizing power equipment and store technology to move and load goods safely. Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise, ensuring clean, organized work areas, and reporting safety hazards or security concerns. Operate specific store equipment as needed, including Zebra phones, CCTV systems, and various cutting tools, while completing required power equipment and spotter training. Serve as a visible extension of the Pro Desk by supporting Pro customer relationships from arrival through order completion, engaging customers to ensure efficient service for large or complex orders. Assist with loading products and completing orders in the Garden Center, partnering with the Department Supervisor to ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup.
