Job Summary
Conduct customer service, locate and load merchandise, and support checkout fulfillment while maintaining in-stock conditions. Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately using power equipment and store technology safely. Collect carts, maintain clean work areas, and report safety hazards or security concerns to management. Operate specific store equipment as assigned and communicate product features, warranties, and Lowe's program information to customers. For Pro roles, serve as a visible extension of the Pro Desk by engaging customers from arrival through order completion, supporting enrollment in MyLowe's Pro Rewards, and ensuring Pro Standards are maintained in the parking lot. For Garden Center roles, assist with loading products and staging orders to ensure readiness for pickup. Complete required power equipment and spotter training to support safe and efficient loading practices.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Retail experience
- 6 Months Experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 Months Retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
- 6 Months Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
