Full Time -Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Deliver excellent nursing care in a behavioral health setting by monitoring patient progress, supporting individualized care plans, and documenting care accurately. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, create a safe therapeutic environment, and build professional relationships with patients, families, and team members. Advocate for patient needs through collaborative problem-solving while continuing learning via hands-on coaching, on-site instructors, and psychiatric provider training. Support structured therapeutic programming including education groups, coping skills workshops, and recreational therapy in designated spaces. Requires active LPN license in Missouri, CPR certification, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
