Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision, including administering medications, performing wound and catheter care, and completing patient assessments. Document visits accurately and educate patients and families on disease management. Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team while ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Requires current Nevada LPN license, 1–3 years of nursing experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. Competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling are offered.
