Job Summary
Develop and implement customized therapy plans for each patient based on individual assessments and recovery goals. Employ advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to promote healing and restore function. Provide comprehensive education to patients regarding their conditions, expected recovery timelines, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to create a holistic approach to patient care. Document patient progress and responses to treatment in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, typically seeing a patient volume of just 2 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- A valid Maryland Physical Therapy license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development

Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant outpatient experience
- Experience working with specific patient populations, such as post-operative rehabilitation or sports medicine
