Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Engage patients in rehabilitation through one-on-one sessions, providing ongoing education and utilizing evidence-based practices including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Maintain accurate electronic medical records to track progress and collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate referrals. Manage a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour to ensure effective treatment without burnout. Work onsite at Go Lift Physical Therapy in Fort Collins, serving diverse populations recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- An accredited degree in Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT)
- A valid Colorado State License to practice Physical Therapy
- At least two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- experience with WebPT
