Job Summary
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mobility, pain management, and functional limitations, then engage actively with patients to offer guidance and educational resources. Maintain accurate electronic medical records using the WebPT system and collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss complex cases. Adhere strictly to safety and compliance protocols while working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Master of Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Proficiency in physical therapy practices
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
