Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine individualized therapy plans for diverse demographics recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Develop and implement evidence-based therapy protocols to restore mobility, strength, and function, while providing guidance to patients and families on continued at-home recovery strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation of progress. Work onsite Monday through Friday in an 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM schedule, with an option for four 10-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid and active Florida Physical Therapy license
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles
- Proven techniques applicable to various patient conditions
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on rehabilitation therapy
- Experience in utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities
