Job Summary
Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of diverse injuries and conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices. Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate patients' goals, needs, and preferences, while educating caregivers on effective management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor departmental productivity, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and nurses to ensure holistic care for neonates, children, adults, and geriatric populations. Requires a valid Florida license, B.S. in Physical Therapy, and minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and professional development support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in outpatient settings
