Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and treatment objectives, then efficiently manage a caseload of one patient per hour. Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to restore function and create individualized care plans addressing specific mobility challenges. Utilize a patient-centric approach to motivate clients, continuously monitor progress, and document treatment effectiveness while promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to optimize health outcomes for orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Work onsite Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a collaborative atmosphere alongside two experienced physical therapists and one PTA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current certification and licensing as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- A pristine professional record, free from board actions or disciplinary measures
- Strong foundational knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and adapt treatment plans accordingly to facilitate recovery
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WebPT or similar platforms
