Job Summary
Manage the complete care process for an assigned group of patients by conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualized care plans. Provide and direct therapeutic interventions that align with physician plans while instructing patients and families on exercises and devices to foster independence. Collaborate directly with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to modify treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, addressing both adult and pediatric needs including post-surgical recovery and chronic pain. Coordinate daily case loads and staffing assignments to ensure seamless transitions of care. Requires a licensed DPT degree and BCLS certification; salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapy certification
- Accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role
- Experience with aquatic therapy
- Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation
