Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish personalized treatment plans addressing individual patient goals. Deliver high-quality therapy services at a load of one patient per hour, utilizing varied techniques and modalities to enhance motion and mobility. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting plans as needed, while documenting interactions meticulously in compliance with regulations. Promote lifestyle changes through tailored fitness programs and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care for orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries or injuries. Provide onsite care Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no disciplinary actions against your license
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT to manage documentation and patient data
- Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
