Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to design and implement personalized treatment plans. Administer physical therapy modalities for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases while monitoring progress to adjust strategies and optimize recovery. Deliver exceptional customer service and engage in patient education regarding rehabilitation processes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance clinical outcomes and meet productivity goals. Work with diverse populations including surgical recovery patients, athletes, and those managing chronic pain. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

- Proficiency in word processing and utilization of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
