Job Summary
Manage a designated caseload of adult and pediatric patients by conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Periodically evaluate patient progress to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding home exercise programs and equipment use. Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatments and clinical progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize patient needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary physician and care teams.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
